i love the section <3
Jubilate III was one of the funnest performances yet ! :D seriously, it was G-R-E-A-T fun with everyone & especially the trombones, doing our usual stupid/silly stuff :)
okay the day started of with lessons & we could leave at 1045, yay ! changed & went for section lunch, then we warmed up & headed to Kallang theatre. the waiting time in the holding areas was the funnest :D
1. THE CUPBOARD ! <3 (imagine 8 people squeezing into the small little cupboard taking the silliest photos ever :D)
2. phototaking, yay :)
3. eating of flower petals (omg, it was the craziest thing lah, the section was high :D)
4. the dinner was even better than what i have at home sometimes (first time! :D)
5. everyone just having a fun time together :)
the two rehearsals didnt go that well but boy did we rock during the actual performance :D it was one of the best Lion King's we played ! & after that while waiting for the finale we went to a new holding room where we found our beloved cupboard again ! :D hahaha & we were even more high after that & took many many photos again, hohoho.
it was a pity that the choir didnt get to sing the nice tribal song ! cos the emcee made a mistake & so they couldnt sing their final song :/ oh well, finale was funny? hahaha we just stood there.
went to meet mummy & daddy stuff after that & met other people :) mmhmmm, thanks to everyone for your flowers/gifts <3 all my roses died today, i was so sad cos i had to throw them all away :( i didnt dry them up ! oh well
then section sleepover ! :D val couldnt come though :/ louise's parents were so kind to send us all the way to den's house :) we put down our stuff & headed to 7-eleven to grab some snacks, haha on the way back we went to the playground & all :) then we bathed & went down to the poolside where we talked til 0210 hours, it was a super nice weather outside ! hoho
went back up cos some wanted to watch football. haha the france & brazil match. then at 3am we did another crazy thing by ordering mac donalds 24/7 delivery ! hahaha then den fell asleep so we were smart people & went to check up her address & how to open her house gate & all by ourselves :D yeah so supper/breakfast came at 0330 hours. had stuff like mc chicken, mc nuggets, fish burger, fries & iced milo. we ate & went to sleep after that (what pigs!) we woke up at about nine & we had breakfast AGAIN, her mum made us french toast, hahaha we were all so full lah ! oh oh & did i mention Rusty, den's dog, is super cute ! :D he's like a stuff toy lah, super cute :)
at 1115 we left her house & den had to go off while the rest of us headed to The Grand Cathay for movie. it's a super cool place please :D & the cinema seats are really spacious & comfortable! we caught Runaway Vacation, & while waiting for the movie to start, me & yeewen had this crazy idea to go take a peek in the Silent Hill theatre ! hahaha so we walked there & then we heard this stomping sound coming from the movie theatre & suddenly the whole theatre like screamed ! & we got a shock & sorta screamed too then we ran all the way back ! hahaha it was super hilarious lah. anw the movie was uhh rather boring, haha but some parts were quite sweet lah, we tried to laugh at unfunny parts :) lunch at Plaza Singapura food court & then we left
trombones : oh man, i think this was one of the funnest times we've had together lah :D it was superbly enjoyable with each & every one of you ! & i will really miss that cupboard :( haha although it's really sad to know that this is the sec 4s last performance, we rocked it ! :) & i wont forget all the crazy things we did together, like screaming when we saw our phototaking cupboard in the other holding area (:D), taking stupid shots of stupid people (:D), taking act cute/ah lian/act cool/formal & ALL SORTS of photos, telling ghost stories/jokes, eating flower petals (like omg? we were seriously high), pointing out STAGE FRIGHT lights (:D), eating so much food(!), playing the fanfare & being in the finale together. haha, in other words, every moment spent with you all is a moment i treaure & remember. denise, yeewen, yizhen, valerie, regina, louise esther, i love you all SUPER much ! :D <3
