anw, nominations wasnt as scary as we thought it'd be! just that pressure & that silence sort of stirs sth while you're doing it :/ hoho, i thank my seniors so much for guidance & all the encouragement :) my section's just the loveliest & sweetest lah ! :D
my sight reading was all running notes, almost fainteddddd, hahaha but it wasnt all that bad, i went of timing though :/ sorry maria
to my entire squad, i think we did a wondeful job considering this the first time planning a camp ! :) yup we'll do better the next time. & you all were great during noms, what matters is you all did your best :) so dont worry okay ? it's all over :) the thing we've been dreading ever since our first band camp, ALL OVER :D
didnt sleep the whole night ! was supposed to have section FUN as denise calls it ! but the person who was most enthusiastic about it was the first to fall asleep ?! tan yeewen lahhhh, destroyed our plans. hahaha then we had gambling session with the rest of the section, speed/cheat/snap :D it was fun ! then at 3 plus maria went to sleep :/ leaving me den regina esther & louise. we talked a lot until about 5 & they all fell asleep except me :/ yes, i didnt sleep AT ALL, just couldnt fall asleep on the hard floor & all, i wonder how the rest could sleep so soundly oblivious to the FIVE different alarms that rang this morning since 6am ! oh my, hahaha
we watched Drumline & it's a super cool show lah please :D they're all so oh my, i dont know how to describe, just COOL :D the percussionists were like WOAH :O & so were the stylish trumpeters & trombonists :)
sec threes had conducting today, i chose to conduct Ross Roy :D oh my, it's such a good song ! :) & we'll probably never get to play it for cca cos the conductors score has been thrown away :/ i've gotta find a way to get it back some how ! hahahaha
section tea at mac donalds after that :D we had a great time talking & laughing as usual ! haha i had mc flurry :)
